Most of the time brain aneurysms don't cause any symptoms, some people get headaches, dizziness, but all depends on the size of the aneurysm and where it is. I had no idea i had an aneurysm untill the day it ruptured, I had a sudden SEVERE headache, nausea and stiff neck, weakness and wanted to pass out, but it was in the process of bleeding, hope this helps

I didn't have any symptoms, i was sent for a scan because my mam and brother both had haemorrhages this is when they found my aneurysm. I had mine clipped in January and i'm doing fine now.

I had no idea that I had a problem, and still dont remember, other than what my Wife and Son told me. I ha complained about a headache two days before ir ruptured and I oassed out at home about 11:30 and son called 911. got to hospital and they operated about 3 hours later. See my pictures. I am doing very good now OldBoyScout...Dale

I was one that had symptoms and they caught mine before it ruptured, I had a very bad headache and dizziness like Ruthie stated, My doctor had me do MRI and that when they found anni.... Sugion said I had a bleed and that is why the headache, I was very lucky because most do not have symptoms...=)

I have had dizziness, "tilting", fatigue for more than a year. 8 months ago I was diagnosed with a 6mm aneurysm in the anterior communicating artery. All neuros that I have seen say that these are not symptoms. ????????? ddd55
