Issues since surgery

Well I was found to have 2 aneurysms in March of this year, 18 days after I turned 30. They were 14mm and 10mm in size and I was lucky to find them before they broke. The aneurysms were on the left side of my brain on the main artery. I went through brain surgery and had a clip done on both. Since then I have been on pills to sleep because I can't without them. My other issue is thinking someone has broken into my home or will, sort of a mental issue (I refuse meds so far) what do people know of this? will it go away?
