Could this be an aneurysm? Please read.

I am a 23 year old female and for the past several months, I've had a palpable pulsating lump / knot under the skin on my upper breast by my armpit. It just showed up one day. You can actually see it pulse through the skin. Kinda gross. There is nothing like this on the opposite side. It doesn't cause me real pain or anything, although it can feel uncomfortable.

I have Googled this using different terminology and have mostly come up empty-handed, but an aneurysm most closely matched my symptoms. However, everything was about brain / heart, which wouldn't really apply. Can an aneurysm happen anywhere vascular?

I am breastfeeding, if it matters, but I don't think it's related. Any advice? I'd like to see a doctor but I can't really afford to go unless I know something is really wrong. I would greatly appreciate any insight.
