I had 5 annies stented and 2 coiled on March 12th. I have not been driving or lifting anything for 2 weeks since.
The only thing that I forgot to ask when I was released was when my husband and I could have sex.
My left site is feeling fine and my head does not hurt.
Our anniversary is March 29th. Do you think if we take it easy, that we could start back to having sex.
My only physical problems are some numbness on the hip side of my leg that they went into.(this was doing this when released from the hospital)
Also I am tired and feel like I cannot get enough air. otherwise, I feel just fine.

" Hi bjd2,
I don't remember being told any sex restrictions and I had brain surgery, to be honest the mood didn't hit for a while there anyway, lol. Usually if nothing was said not to, then its probably ok to go for it, but if you're really worried give the doc a call, that is always the safest way to go, Have a nice anniversary whatever you do :)

" If I remember correctly, I was told to wait a week to two weeks after the surgeries. I had clip and coils. The clips for two weeks after I was released and a week after the coils. I agree with Ruthie, call the doc. My husband always asked or had me ask. Have a great anniversary!! "
