You might want to try iron supplements. I don't really know though because you haven't gone to the doctors and you don't know much. Well good luck

some grocery & discount stores have blood pressure cuffs. (not as good as an MD but better than nothing.)
I have inner ear infection that sometimes causes vertigo. Dr. said to try Loratidine (antihistamine) and it helped, but now that I'm not taking it, i'm having trouble breathing. Being dizzy is no fun, but sometimes the cure is worse. Try moving slowly (especially if you get it when you turn your head rapidly). pay attention and make note of exactly when you feel dizzy and what stops it and maybe you can pin down the cause. If you dont have heart medicine, Sudafed can help with inner ear problems (which are sometimes cause of dizzy at sudden changes). Good luck to you, and go slow.

Are you having any other symptoms besides the dizziness? Dizziness in itself is a symptom to a multitude of other health issues. Like hyderkat said about having an inner ear infection can cause it. My son is only 11 yrs old and was having a terrible time this past Friday w/dizziness. His blood pressure was fine and the ER doctor ran blood work (CBC) and cat scan of his head. He was diagnosed w/a left middle ear infection. They put him on antibotics and he hasn't had any more dizziness.

There is something called "orthostatic hypotension" where when changing a position too rapidly can cause your blood pressure to go too low and you will feel dizzy and possibly faint. Sometimes being dehydrated can contribute to this problem and to any dizziness regardless of the cause- being low on fluid can be the cause.
It's July, did you get to the doc yet?
