Hair Breakage and thinning

I have been experiencing alot of hairthinning and breakage. I had my thyroid checked and it is okay. I am 52 so it may be hormonal. I have dyed my hair more than usual and I wash it alot. I have dry, frizzy, curly hair that is thin on top that you can see the scalp. When I wake up I spray my hair with a little water and proceed to style without heat adding gel, cream,or lotion. I take alot of vitamins. Also, I take seroquel at bedtime 400 for sleep.
