I HAVE BEEN FEELING LEFT OUT ON DOING THINGS I LOVE. ESPECIALLY SWIMMING. I FOUND A WONDERFUL WEBSITE CALLED:
WWW.ITHACASPORTS.COM THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND SELL A WONDERFUL WATERPROOF CAST TO FIT OVER YOUR PROSTHETIC. I AM A
BKA AND THEY DID THE MEASURMENTS WITH ME ON THE PHONE AND FOR A LITTLE OVER 68.00 DOLLARS I WILL BE ABLE TO GO TO THE BEACH AND SWIM AND GO INTO THE POOL AS WELL. I HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL TO SOME OF YOU OUT THERE WHO ARE DYING TO DO SOME SWIMMING. GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS

" Wow! Nice info Linda...I wonder if this company GUARANTEES no leaking?!!! I'd hate to use this or unintentionally cover my prosthesis with it incorrectly and ruin my $60,0000.00 leg that I'm sure my insurance wouldn't pay for, for that reason. Do you know at all Linda if they guarantee no leakage onto your leg? Here's a direct link to what Linda is referring to:

" Interesting site...wonder if it works. I want to buy this water leg where the foot can point so you can wear flippers. I like to boogy board on the waves in Maui with my husband...I wonder how much they cost. I had a You Tube video of it, but it now says 'removed due to terms of use violations'.... "

" it is a great product. i still use it at home for taking showers. it didn't leak at all in the ocean. i think if you want to go swimming or take a shower with your leg on then get one of these! "
