Trying to recover memories

I've been through a lot of odd psycological trauma and I'm having a hard time remembing things. I've been taking ginkgo biloba and phosphatidylserine complex. They help moderatly since I've remembered some important memories, but some are still feel hazy or the memory only half of the memory comes back. It still feels like there's a lot missing. Some memories will come and go, some I've remembered with help of the herbal supliments, some only come half way back with that help, some I just can't remember, or I relapse when I do remember them and forget all over again.

I've also had trouble keeping appointments and remembering simple things, like to buy milk.

On a weirder note with some of the memories I don't know if they even happened. Like it isn't real. People tell me they did, but it just doesn't feel right. I've tried, and other have tried, to introduce things to bring back the memories, but it doesn't work all the time.

So here are the questions: Is there anything else that I can do to try to bring back the memories? Could it be that they are so supressed that they won't come back, or just won't come back fully? Does anyone else have the same problems?

" I think our brains do suppress some memories that are painful or emotiionally painful. I think it is a natural defense of the brain, to somehow protect you from further pain.

If you are having trouble with memory. Maybe you should check out Fish Oil supplements. I noticed you go for the natural or herbal route. This is a natural supplement that we need to keep our brain healthy. It has helped me tremendously with my memory! "
