I have been feeling pretty strange lately. Very, very tired but also apathetic, unfocused, in pain and like my body is literaly coming unhinged.

They extended the freezing rain thingy but it has warmed up so now we're getting periods of freezing rain alternating with periods of wet snow. The end result is everything is covered in ice and slippery so I'm doing as little as possible and the dogs are lucky to get out for a potty walk every four or five hours.

Yesterday I got pissed off at my DBT therapist. You see I made it a point to be there on time and actually came to the center and socialized in the cafe area and spent time drawing pictures. I made it to the apointment early and waited for my apointment. Well, my therapist comes out 20 minutes late to get me to take me back to the counseling rooms. So I gave up, the muscle spasms were so bad I ended up going to the ER....spent four hours there, sure glad they weren't busy...they checked my heart, and that all looks great....had back x-rays and the doc said I have bone spurs and arthritis and my back is way over worked, that is not really news to me, my chiropractor told me that 15 years ago.
