recently purchased a synthetic weaved wig for my 8 year old daughter as its her first wig, feels like straw and i hate it, i want to buy her a suction cap wig with real hair, the ones you can swim in, interested in hearing from any1 who has one or knows of them.

I don't wear wigs anymore but I do have a suction wig, and I love it. I got it in New Zealand if you can believe it, because I live in the states. But, a friend of mine works for Freedom wigs and was able to help me get it on my honeymoon trip to New Zealand. Suction Cup Wigs are being custom made at Wiggin Out located in Newport Beach, CA they use raw American Caucasian Human Hair. you can view the wigs at www.wiggin-out-salon.com I bought one for myself while I was going through chemo and when they diagnosed me with Alopecia (after I went into remission) I was able to continue to wear my wig. My wig photo is actually viewed on the site. Its the long natural blond one. I have had it for 3 years now and the hair quality has not changed. The owner is a third generation wig designer and is world renowned. Good Luck. I do know that these are the best most highest quality wigs made. Oh...my insurance reimbursed me 80% for this wig. It was considered a prosthetic. You will probably get reimbursed for it by your insurance company. Good Luck.

Hello, suction wigs are very natural looking and works great for some people. Suction wigs are also very expensive and hot. I do recommend a custom made wig for your daughter made with human hair. These wigs are all hand made and look just as natural with out the high cost of the vacuum wigs.
