Every May/Junish I get depressed. Maybe it is the allergies, or perhaps the end of the Premier League schedule. This has come up over and over in my country. Should the USA torture prisoners. There are peope who strongly believe on both sides. I think the possibility of torturing a prisoner, just like the use of nuclear weapons, should always be a possibility.
