Recommendation: Daily Recovery Diet

I have been in recovery a while and want to add some advice on a daily diet which helps me greatly...

- Take the following vitamins in the morning..B complex, Vitamin C, Thiamine, Omega 3, multi-vitamin
- Take Milk Thistle tablets or drink Turmeric with water or milk. This is a great way to cleanse the liver
- Eat eggs or porridge for breakfast to counter shakes and low energy levels
- Drink lot of water and green tea all day to cleanse the system
- Lunch should be a big meal with lots of carbs and chicken or fish and vegatables
- Dinner should be before 7pm. Eating earlier helps sleep and allows you to wake up more hungry to have breakfast.
- Exercise at least 30 mins a day, even a walk, to improve mood and help sleep.

These are just recommendations but practical things that work.
