is really getting into my head, is that a good thnig or bad thing, today i saw her and we had a session and everything i said she challenged me on it, and she told me that she can see the rege coming through, the anger.... we talked about values today and how i see myself and what values i have as a person and how i give my control to others so i dont have to have any... she could tell i was becoming angry with her but we talked it through....

having this therapy has being the making of me coz im growing every time i see with what she says and what i thought was really happening but actually seeing the truth.... i walked out the session ok and refreshed..

my barriers are beginning to come down and beginning to trust her...

" I would guess that this is not about your therapist getting into your head but about you getting into your head. The reasons she challenges you on things is to make you really think about what you are saying and why you are saying it. "

" When you get the right therapist it can be terrifying at first and even angering but when you finally start to strip things away and see they are trying to change your perspective to one that helps you change for the better then you hit the jackpot. I have an extremely good therapist. Best one I've ever had. It can really rip me apart but that a good thing. Good work Mel. "
