What does simplicity mean to you i can live in my head and avoid what it is that is bothering me through Mental gymnastics. When i a got sober they said a simple program for complicated people. Abstinence is about clarity isn't it ? Not muddleness. Is the problem really about truth or trying to protect that truth by having people agree with me. I cannot drink safely. So I need to change my perception about how I conduct myself don't I?
