" I loved this when I read it on aa friends Billy. It's what I first experienced when I went to my first AA meeting and it's what kept me coming back. I fondly remember the lady at my 2nd meeting who whispered in my ear as I sat bawling on the steps "It get's better", and her touch as she took my arm and led me back into the room, and her smile as she kept glancing to see if I was okay, or maybe if I was listening up.

I don't think I would be here today if I didn't feel that power. It was certainly great. If anything, I probably would have run a mile in the opposite direction if not for those caring people at my first few meetings. Nice one Leo :} "

" For others that do not have caring anywhere else the fellowship becomes much a lifesaver to cherish. The power of a single smile had kept me from leaping to my death. Being God centred is the way to saty sober, but God has the faces of my fellow AA members, as I listen and learn from their experience, strength and hope.
Thank you, a beautiful post. "

" these gestures work in and out of the rooms. When I'm thinking of others and positive ways to interact with society, at large, my world gets brighter. I learned that from people like you. Thank you "
