i went to a ameeting tonite , and the topic was 'spot checking inventory' i found this very useful coz i never really did it, i jus run on my self will and reacted in a way that it desrpected people the way i see it 'treat people how u wana b treated' well i never did that , i was agressive to every1 n my response was very unhealthy.recently these past few days theres this person who i jus have to walk away from and put up my brick wall, coz he puts my back up, n i respond to his stupidity which is making me give power to him, i needa step back and look at my part n if i have done wrong il put it right
does ne1 know bout this spot checking?? Posted on 12/02/08, 04:12 pm |

See Step 10. "Continued to take a personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it." I try to do it at the end of each and every day. Doing that step can push me back to reviewing my commitment to step two and three, and help me discover I need to make amends to someone I harmed.

I believe the steps 10,11,12 to be the maintaining steps that you will do for life, and one thing is that step 10 is done everyday, and if I have some problem that I can't answer right away you take a piece of paper and right down the pro's and con's of a problem and you will get your answer. take care. After practicing them for awhile they come automatically.

This is when we take inventory as we go through the day, we listen to how we feel inside when we have some kind of exchange with other people. Gradually, we learn to recognise inappropriate behaviour much sooner than we used to, enabling us to put things right quickly and move on with our day. Cool topic though!
