drinking to much too young

i need some advice on my drinking habits and since there is nobody to talk to wher i am i thought the internet would be a better solution. i find myself drinking about 4 pints at home each night 7 days a week. the reasoning for this is because i have mild insomnia and my medication is not strong enough. the doctors wont prescribe higher dosage due to the mildness of my case however i have the WORST nights resulting in days upon days of not sleeping followed by the maximum of 4 hours in a 72 hour period. what should i do?

Spoil yourself on some lovely tea, and pack it full of cream and suger...however you like it and sit down in front of this computer screen and get ready for a long date with destiny, a date with yourself, one that can be rich and rewarding chance to see and learn. Read all these stories and comment when you can, and share, share share, and read and read and read.....it helps so much!!!!!!! What a great way to spend hours and hours....
I know I sit down to just check my mail and it seems like a whole day passes by. I give myself an hour at lunch and the next thing I know is its dinner time. Take care and give it a chance!!!!!

Benadryl is much safer and has no effect on the liver. The ingredient antihistamine found in Benadryl is the very same thing that is used in the Tylenol to make it PM.
It will help you to get some zzzz, PLEASE do not drink and take meds. As far as your drinking I suggest that you get help asap, you say you are young? This disease is a living hell when consumed in it and it only progresses.
