Don't know. Hungry? Stomach cramps? Too much exercise? Then it would be normal.
If you're worried, see your doctor. May have nothing to do with booze.

I eat very healthy, plenty of water, body is used to the amount of exercise I do. I was thinking is was withdrawals or just anxiety over thinking about not drinking. Wed is usually a drinking day. wed and sat for me. I have a busy day planned which is good. My kids leave for vacation with their dad tonight thru Sun. Normally I would party it up. But gonna hol on tight. Thanks for the advice

Welcome to D/S. Physical problems almost always occur whenyou're detoxing from alcohol. Depending on how much you drank. Those difficulties could anifest themselves in stomach pains or sleeplessness, nervousness ,shaking. All of those. There really is no quick fix they will slowly disappear. I found that sugar is a good short term remedy. After all alcohol is nothing more tha distilled sugar.Drink lots of juices. I put honey in everything. i was never too far away from a Snickers Bar for the first year of my sobriety. Once you ave detoxed you'll need to make a plan to help you stay sober. A;lcoholism is cunning baffeling and a powerful disease.I found all the help I needed in the rooms of Alcoholics Anonymous. The truth of the matter is there is so much more to being sober than just not drinking. We need to change our habits. We need to change the way we think. AA was instrumental in helping me with that. I suggest you look into a meeting in your neighborhood. We need to learn how to stay sober. Goodluck to you and keep coming back.
