I am severely anxious, angry and sad all the time. I have been a stay at home mom for over 7 years but now my child is in school all day and my husband is pushing me to get a job to help out with the finances. My husband does not think I'm doing anything at home and he makes nasty remarks to me all the time about being useless, etc. I have very low energy and a great deal of fear. Whevenre I attempt to go out of the house, I get very anxious and automatically hear all these negative tapes play in mind (no one likes you), etc. I need at least one friend who I can talk to. I am so lonely.

" you are not the only one out there who feels like you do, trust me. My hubby is the same way, and it does get to you after awhile, and you might even begin to believe what he tells you. But, please don't do that....it is a form of control to keep you right where he wants. I have been married to mine for 13 years, and i know from experience what it is like, so please fight to keep yourself strong, and believe that you are a good person. You can message me anytime if you ever need to chat.

Debbie "

" Hi Debbie,
Thanks for what you wrote. I'm sorry you are in a similar situation with your husband. Are you a stay at home mom of your children too? It is a very powerless place to be in terms of not having an income. I've found that being dependent financially is very hard because my husband is very controlling of money. I'm glad I found this site as I appreciate your support a lot. I hope I can be of help to you too. "

" Hey Gretch, sorry to hear about your situation. All the negativity can be hard and it doesn't help that other people have a hard time understanding it.

This site will be a good resource for you. People here do understand and maybe it will even help move you towards recovery. :-) "
