Hi,
I am a member of several other groups on here and finally found out there is one for parenting teens. I know that all other groups are very helpful and supportive and i know this one will also.
I am married and we have one daughter who is 17. Parenting has been an experience but now it is sometimes all out hell!! I am looking forward to getting to know others who are going through or gone through this already or we can go through it together.
We all have Lymes disease which can make it not a very pleasant place to be because ther are days and sometimes weeks when none of us feel good but still are trying to keep going and trying to give her a normal as we can childhood.
I have been sick for awhile and lost my job due to it and then we recently found out that my husband and daughter both have it too.
So I look forward to meeting you all and hope that I can give alot of love and support to you also.

" So sorry to hear you are having such a hard time....Lyme disease can be really hard to deal with. I watch my mom deal with it alot. It scares me to think that anyone at anytime can get that. I don't know much about it but I do know it's nothing easy to deal with and you and your family are so brave for living through it. I'm on other DS groups and so far found them helpful. It's hard at first but once you start making friends it gets easier. At first you feel alone kind of in a way or that nobody really cares,I know I did, but in time you will see people really do care here. So welcome to the group! If you ever wanna chat no matter what's going on, let me know! I'm always here.....Take Care!

Lots of HUGS!!!! "
