" I know this makes you sad but its not intentional, he's just very busy learning new things, I just read about this the other day. Babies at times will seem to forget or stop doing a skill they have learned, He's just busy practicing all his new words and skills, give him time and you'll being hearing mama again soon. "

" My poor Mal! I remember how excited you were just last week about him saying mama too.
I totally agree with Nigt96 though. Junior WILL say it again. Youre just gonna have to wait it out. Until then, just enjoy watching him learn new things.

Much love, jamie "

" I had a bit of a giggle out of this. My daughter is going through the same thing- she's 13 months. She would identify everyone but me. Even when she goes into a name calling babble- she will work through everyone's name 12 times and say 1 "mum". She's replaced my name with "up"- because I am the one that is always carrying her. "
