My son had has BCG vaccination before we left hospital when he was less than a week old. He's now 15 weeks and the injection site is still swollen and looks sore. Can anyone advise me on how long it will be before it starts to get better? It bothers me more than it bothers him of course! Thanks

Hi my daughter is almost 9 months now and hers is still raised, at about 4 months hers got quite big and started weeping a bit but it soon dried out and it didn't seem to bother her. The dr said it was fine and quite normal. hers is now like a little spot.
I wouldn't worry as long as its not hurting him but you can always ask your health visitor to check it
