Yday was the 5 yr anniv for the Old Fire we had in 03. I remember the smoke from the bottom of the hill. Its far away, we didnt worry bout it, we've had fires below but they always contained them. This 1 they didnt. This is the new link to the story on my nephew.
He was less than a half a mile from home (at 11PM). The state troopers were speeding in pursuit of a semi (WITHOUT their emergency flashers on!), so when my nephew pulled into the intersection to cross the street, he could not have known that it was a speeding cop car and he wouldn't have the NORMAL time to cross the intersection!

I have gotten so pissed off tonite that I have given myself the ultimate headache!!
