I wish someone would have educated me on diapers. 500 years for disposable diapers to decompose. WOW! Just wanted to share about these cool diapers I just found. Even though my son is 21 months. I am going to switch to cloth. Maybe it will help potty train him sooner. I'm mostly doing it for his sensitive skin. Diapers irritate his skin and we've tried lotions after lotions but maybe the diapers are the issue. Well I'm off to order these. Everyone should check out www.gdiapers.com

" Flushing is a little annoying and the price is expensive, but these are great. At 29 mo my son started scratching at his lower back and the legs where disposable diapers touched. He would scratch enough to tear apart the diaper. gdiapers are cloth in exactly those areas and have helped him tremendously. We don't use them exclusively. We also use 7th generation which seem to be a little softer in the back and legs than Luvs, Pampers, and Huggies. We use the 7th generation at times when we think he is more likely to poop or we are out and about or have a sitter.

I'm all for the impact on the environment with these. I'm a little less happy about the impact on my wallet! Oh well, hopefully he will potty train soon. "
