This post is on behalf of a friend in desparate need of advice....

Her 10 month old baby is in a really good routine and goes down to sleep really well but will keep waking in night for no reason.

Its not cuz he is hungry he just cries and cries.

My mate doesnt pick him up or anything, just goes in room, covers him up and walks out.

Anyone else out there have this problem or any advice pleeeeease???
