how do you unseal these records.
mine is vital-
i need to know if i am prone to any type of disease or life-threatening illness, and from what i currently know

I am very vunerable.

any ideas?

" My daughter got all her medical records. We went to the adoption agency where we got her from. She had to pay a fee, I think it was about $85. My daughter was 30 years old at the time. I see you are 17, you might have to be 18, depends on what the laws are in your state. We were in MN. "
