Crash and Burn

Hi all,
I was wondering if any of you have the same experience that I do. It seems that when I'm actively working and trying to live life, about once every week to 10 days, I have a day that is a total crash and burn. I can't stay awake, literally, feel so weak its absurd, pain flares out of control, and I have no hope of doing anything. Usually the next day I feel a bit better, and the 3rd day I am somewhat back to normal, if I was able to rest. And by rest I mean sleep for almost 24 hours. I am so sick of this. It runs my life. Anyone else have this experience?

" D-3 has helped me a lot, but I need to take about 6,000 to 10,000 IUs daily to feel it. Try Sulbutiamine! Its kind of hard to find, but works well for me.

" I, too, get this crash and burn even on these high doses of HC.
I am finding this last week I have gotten back to hitting that wall of fatigue around 11 Am again (GRR). It had gone away on the higher doses but is coming back now and I am still at work until 1PM and a few days last week i did not even go to the store right after work as I just was too exhausted.
I take Vit D too, and yes, you are right, it is a hot topic right now. I do think it helped me be able to stay awake past 6PM a while back. I had also tried Korean Ginseng and fish oils and a few other vitamin supplements, one of which is sublingual B-12 complex which i need to buy more of.
I wish there was a meter on our bodies that showed a level of energy reserve! And would ding like a gas guage! "

" After struggling with the 2:00 absolute and complete crash everyday I was at my wits end. My endo told me everyone gets tired at 2:00.( he doesn't get it) I found a wellnes doc that has helped me with my energy issues tremendously. Sceptical at first the last 3 mths have been life returning. What I am taking is not perfect but it sure has helped me and just putting it out there for consideration.
I am taking a special b-complex for energy
and Neonatal adrenal complex(thats bovine by the way)Hydrocortizone only helps us with one of a hundred needed items in our day, it just spikes us but does not take care of the complex body needs througout the day. I have a job in sales with 3 kids I know stress, but have been able to maintain my needs with these supplements.
Its worth checking out. "
