Over 30 years ago, the doctor that diagnosed me was Robert Fiedler, on Park Avenue in Manhattan. I just did a Google Search and he appears to still be practicing. He diagnosed me at a time when I spent 2 years going from doctor to doctor, and when it was a much lesser know disease. I was his patient for many years after that, until I moved away. I would recommend him.
