How to overcome this weakness (and fatigue)

If you have read my posts then you know that my main symptoms are weakness, fatigue and now wt loss. You also know my drs have said that this may not be related to my AI ( and I am undergoing tests for GI issues among other things).
This weakness is so debilitating. I feel a lot of it in my left thigh muscle for some reason. It is just an effort to do anything anymore. Even taking a shower is difficult and I would really like to take on emaybe today so I can go to the store. I got up early ( between 5-5:30) and by 9:15 Am was back in bed and slept for a few hours. I could have stayed in bed all day but do not want to do that. I just took 10 mg of HC hoping maybe it will help. I just don't know what to do anymore. I am trying to eat better ( and more) and take some vitamins ( but the big ones the multi's I have to cut in half and they get stuck in my throat). This is not a good way to live...and i am getting very depressed. Even I feel like i am crazy! Posted on 09/06/09, 01:09 pm |
