Toxix tort lawyer advice.

Toxix tort lawyer I contacted recently wants me to contact Jerry's DryCleaner boss to see who worked with Jerry in his duties.
My case involves the possibility of Jerry getting AML from benzene related chemicals that he worked with at the Dry Cleaners.
I am very reluctant to let his supervisor know I contacted a law firm.
I know that the company can't be sued. If the attorney takes the case the chemical firms would face the law suits. Any questions on what I wrote? Is it clear what my question is. Opinion on his suggestion?
Any sincere advice would be appreciated
Wishing everyone continued wellness

" Honestly I think if you approach his supervisor calmly and cautiously- and stressing that him and his business are not the target of any lawsuit that hopefully he would be very cooperative. Especially in light of the possibility of HIM developing AML from the same chemicals~ *hugs* Any update since I didn't check the community until now? "

" Hi Butterfly.
Both responses here are equally important. Thanks for replying. How are you. I don't mean just with your AML and BMT I mean how are you period. Your illness I realize is only a part of you
Since there was no response since St Pat's day there wouldn't be any. Discovered your message by checking my email.
Pleasantly surprised you responded. It was very helpful. Unsure if the lawyer is taking up the case, regardless of what I do. He told me, in essence to call back early next week. You know how finicky attorneys can be. How they like to keep you in suspense.
Over the weekend I went to a free dating service. A man whose nick is MrClarkKent contacted me first. This is without me contacting him before. I realize one shouldn't decide merely on a nick. OTOH its a weird considence. Jerry loved Superman comics, TV show and Movies. One time for Halloween he was Clark Kent and I was Lois Lane. I never told MrClarkKent about Jerry. I'm very intrigued. He 's a good age for me, lives nearby and his statistics look good. Understand there's no guarantee.
I'm excited but not foolhardy.
Dad celebrated his 87th birthday in FL with his lady friend at a fancy Italian restaurant. Don't know its name. Roz, my sister celebrated with the family at an Italian restaurant in S.NJ. I plan to be celebrating my birthday at an Italian restaurant. Notice a trend?
Cousin Tasha is researching our paternal grandmom's ancestry.
On her husband, aka my paternal grandfather's naturalization paper, 1905 it says she was born in Rucaccini Italy. Feeling its so small that if you drive or ride thru and you blink, you'll miss it.Well what's new with you and your family?
Your grateful friend

" You know? I'm doing pretty good! I've been spending a lot of time with my stepmom- we joined a scrapbooking club and also are taking some classes through Kitz Cameras about photography/cameras and actually learning a LOT which has been really fun :) My days have been chock-full of things- It is almost bizarre... One of these days I'm going to have to just relax and not do anything. I've been keeping myself really busy and I am REALLY looking forward to the summer :) I wish I could garden! I want to plant flowers but know that playing in the dirt is a big no no.... and oddly one of the few no-no's that I actually won't break.

My little stepbrother (18 years old) just found out he got a girl pregnant... they aren't sure what they want to do about the baby... Andrew and I have offered to adopt him/her. The baby will be born in November so please keep your fingers crossed that my health improves and that maybe that becomes a serious possibility.... "

" I am really happy you're doing so well. WOW you're certainly busy.
How's the scrapbooking coming along with your stepmom. Hows the camera/photography lessons going. Didn't go to my print making class last week because it was cancelled. Pretty valid reason lol.
This wednesday is Passover with my sister Roz. Happy Easter.
The lawyer didn't take up my case. Unsure trying other law firms.
This gets me so furious, discouraged. Unclear what to do.
On a much brighter note I'm earning money on the net being a freelance writer and my disability advocacy work is doing okay.

PS. I realize I made a typo in my original message. Its not toxix its toxic tort. "
