It would take a long time for me to get the guts to actually research PROPERLY into my old illness, but I wondered if anyone knew, what can we do for ourselves to prevent relapse or new cancers, or atleast reduce our risks? Obviously not smoking - eating healthy. But is there any solid evidence for anything specifically AML? Just wondering if there was any such knowledge or it's still in the unknown, I'm too afraid to google it. :|

You know.. I was just reading about this the other day, and I can NOT remember what it is I read!!! What is WITH my brain?? I thought my brain was supposed to start functioning again after a year, not get worse! *sigh* *chuckle*
OH! One of the things I was reading, had to do with Vitamin D... and... one of the B vitamins.. or maybe more than one.. but it said getting enough of whichever vitamin it was has shown to reduce the risk of leukemia and other cancers. DARNIT what in the heck did it say. *sigh* I shall have to search to see if I can find it again-- BLAH!
