my brother is getting a BMT, any info or advice?

hello everyone, my brother is 29 and getting a bmt in a few weeks and im not a match so its from a non realated donor, im freaking out!! our mom is going to be his caregiver and im the alternate, our family is really close and we are really pulling together for all of this but i feel like i need someone to talk to thats been trhu this before. i feel bad talking to my family about my worries because i know they have enough of their our worries

Hi Sadsister,
I too was diagnosed with ALL at 29 (now i'm 30) and went through 4 rounds of HYPER CVAD chemo and then a bone marrow transplant. I was lucky in that my brother was a perfect match for me. It's been almost a year since the transplant. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
