Am feeling weird. Had an odd dream earlier. Was back at the place where I used to work (which is no longer there) and all the usual people were there. well i havent been on here for a while as i have been ill and a little sad. im now better but im just getting depressed. my grandad is dying. i had the phonecall thurs to say he doesnt have long left. so the weekend was spent travelling to see him. he has had cancer for 15 years, having treatment etc. last year it was he only 6mths left and we didnt think he would make it to the wedding in june. ...1 Recommendation3 Comments

Its exactly a week since my op.
Good news, my Biopsy report reported no malignancy!
I noticed fresh bleeding from my left nostril this morning. Mentioned it to my neurosurgeon who checked me and said all was fine.
Last 2 days I've noticed slight headaches. Hope all is well and not due to complications of the op.

I have realized that my case is not really common in acromegaly.
It's true that acro and body image issues are associated.
It's also true that body image issues and eating disorders are associated.
YET, I don't see much association between acromegaly and eating disorders.
I'm saying this because I went through both anorexia and bulimia nervosa, and I was free from the symptom for abou...1 Recommendation
