ENDO has never taken FASTING blood tests

Hello everyone... I am going tomorrow for my 3rd blood work up post op and post cyberKnife... but the Endo has never requested a FASTING blood workup.... should I be concerned and how much will this affect my levels if any... last time my igf-1 was 800+,

I would be concerned about the accuracy of igf-1 readings without fasting. My endo always reminds me to fast and to have labs drawn first morning. With my last results, which were no longer within the normal range, he questioned whether or not I had fasted. That suggested to me that the labs may have provided a false reading without fasting. Unfortunately, I had fasted! Would have loved for the labs to have been false for such a simple reason. Good luck w/ your results!
