    I am 4 days smoke free. Cold turkey.  WOOOO HOOO.
    the patients whom I've lost , serve as my inspiration to keep me going.
    I have joined they gym and lost 5lbs this week. Although I am not happy with my body YET,  I am doing something about it, which also helps me to stay busy and free myself from memories of the past.
