I have had cystic acne for years. I recently switched to Clinique Clarifying Clear Skin Formula Foundation and Advanced Concealer for III or IV skin types. It is very lightweight, though the foundation's coverage isn't great, but that is what the concealer is for. I also use their blush. So far I love the makeup it keeps my acne from flaring up, b/c it doesn't clog my pores. Try it if you are looking for a new makeup that is acne friendly!
