Okay, I went to that website. It's layout was professional enough, but when I tried to order there was a problem. I talked to a customer service rep, (barely spoke English) and was told that he would take my order. Because accutane is a controlled substane he said they can not take credit cards. I have no idea about that. So he said to send a money order through Western Union. The name he gave me to send it to was this chinese dude in Qingdao, China.

After I send the order I'm supposed to get a MTC number and call back and they will process my order. Well, this sounds like a scam to me.

Any thoughts?

DO NOT take accutane without being under doctor supervision! It needs to be monitored on a monthly basis with your dr. Blood work needs to be done. I would not buy any medicine online that doesn't require a script.

Hey! It may be cheaper to order the med online and save money on doctores visits and bloodwork but it's not safe. Getting the treatment is expensive, do you have insurance? I would not buy any meds online and the site you described sounds shady. The med could be expired, fake, etc. Accutane can have side effects like anemia, deppression and even suicide. Before you can even begin taking it , you need a blood test to make sure it's compatable with your body ie. You can't have high cholesterol becvause tane may raise it. It usually comes in 20 or 40 mgs and a normal dose is a mg per kilogram of body weight over 5 or 6 months. I started of with 20 mgs pee day and worked my way up to my normal dosew of 80 mg (two 40 mg gelcaps a day) and I'm 130 lbs. It depends how serious your acne is. You may take it shorter or longer. The reason it's regulated is because it causes nasty birth defects, women must have 2 foremsa of birth control so use protection or you'll end up with a baby that resembles an alien. Also, it can cause depression and some patients have even ended their lives. It's serious so be careful!

I've gotten generic every time and its been lesss but still expensive. The generic names arte sotret, claravis, amnesteem and another Ikm forgetting. If you do order online reserch a lot and make sure youy are getting medicine that is still good. Look for experation dates and the name 'isotrentinion' on the package. They are very hartd to open. Hopefully you have insurance and can go to the doctor? How much are they charging?

thanks BottleOfRain. No, I don't have insurance. I don't think I need accutane anyway. I just have bad skin, and on top of it sometimes I get breakouts. I was just going through a really bad time. I ended up ordering some valium from one of those sites just outta desperation lol. I know it's not safe. But then again, if these places just ripped people off how would they get repeat orders? And it kinda feels like its working, less anxiety.
