I've heard that probiotics (yogurt, supplements) work for some people. True? False?

probiotics are very very good for you...healthy gut=healthy immune system
so it definitely wouldn't hurt, it really helps me sometimes, some people react/have acne because of dairy, so I would be careful of consuming too much yogurt...however, if you do not respond badly to dairy, go ahead and eat it..its a good source of protein and calcium as well but I would take a probiotic supplement..especially if you just had surgery or have been on anitbiotics for any reason
