i just was wondering,if you change your foundation,how soon will you see a breakout if it is caused by the foundation?i was having a pretty good few weeks and then changed my foundation(it is oil free)and have noticed my skin breaking out the past couple of days.could a breakout happen that soon?

yes..it used to happen very quickly with me, i could wear it two days and on the third a breakout would start. Even now my skin is clear of spots if i wear foundation to often i come out in spots. I always make sure to get every last scrap of it off before bed or as soon as i come home, i only wear foundation on nights out.
try the mineral powder foundation, it lets your skin breath whilst giving good coverage, theres a lot of brands now that do it.

Well I FINALLY found foundation that does not make me break out or clog my pours. Medium coverage foundation by Mary Kay. I highly recommend it. Finally found my perfect shade too :) I need the palest shade they offer lol

I also have used the same make up as Ellen 88. As a matter of fact.....the picture that is right next to this post (the wedding picture) I'm wearing medium coverage Mary Kay. I really does a great job, it is just a little bit too thick for me. I am now using Covergirl True Blend. But to answer your question...yes...it sounds like you may be breaking out from the foundation. Most people will notice in the first few days if they are starting to break out from the make up.
