" I've been using tazorac and it's okay but it seems like it should be working better than it has been, because my type is with the deeper clogged pores and it's really just not only painful but it's really killing my self-esteem, like I never thought it would...? "

" I am actually about to begin taking this medicine, but for a hormone imbalance [Testosterone]...have you had your hormone levels checked?
Anyway, I don't know how/if it will help me, but let me tell you a bit about my experience:
I currently struggle with oily skin, dry skin, itchy skin, and break-out prone skin.
Just have to say that using %100 Aloe Vera as a base moisturizer and then a regular moisturizer [hypoallergenic, oil-free, non-comedogenic, and fragrance-free]on top of that is working our for me pretty well.
I also take Omega-3/6/9 supplements which help with keeping your skin healthy.
I also take Kyolic Aged Garlic tablets [2 a day], which serves as an antifungal.
I wash my face twice daily and don't wear any foundation, concealer, blush, or powder. It all seems to irritate my skin.
Hope this is useful info,
Best wishes! "

" Haven't tried it..But I use Diane 35. I like it because I have heard it controls the way hormones affect the sebaceous glands. It works. "
