Can anyone explain clearly what is the CAUSE of acne. Not what aggravates the condition. There are some people that eat whatever they want and have plenty of stress and they don't break out. For some people these things do lead to break outs. Clearly it depends on the individual. So what about a person makes them vulnerable to break outs??? I dont get it. And 'genetics' just isnt specific enough. Isn't there anything that can be done. Does it have to do with the liver being unable to process certain hormones or toxins?? To me, it seems so pointless and frustrating to try a million different topicals after the problem. WHY DOES ACNE HAPPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. I constantly dread my next break out.. I feel like I'm just passively waiting for it to happen then reacting. I hate it so much.
