" You did not include the name of the Center but it is probably the same one we went to. My daughter has red centered contact lenses from a Low Vision Center in Indiana (can't remember the name) she got them about 5 years ago. She wears them occasionally, and they are very effective for filtering flourescent light, however, she still needs sunglasses for sunlight. This is consistent with what they told us when we got them. I plan to return to the center when she is 16 because they also give driving lessons to people with Achromatopsia. "
