I have had a tough time since this summer but i have been trying to keep my rise above alot of things and stay calm. But it has been a livin hell for me, just like i quoted a couple months ago..family members haunting me with my past and with what i want to forget cause some of them are self centred and only care about their lives etc

I did not realise the appointment was just an assessment to find out what area of counselling i was to get. Now i have to wait to hear from the centre to find out when i can actually start. Tonight I did 3 loads of laundry and folded it , and put it away.
1 load was my bedding so I just had remake my bed for tonight.
The other thing I did tonight was I wrote cards in front of the tv.

Well it didn't work out with my friebnd Tripp, but I did meet this guy from one of my classes and now we are dating. its going so good that when I am with him I din't have the erge to smoke. Which is good, but I still don't get much sleep. But thats only because I have been pulling all-nighters to make sure I get good grades. That and I can't stop thinking about ... -
