First let me say I am so sorry for your loss. I know how hard it would be on me to loose my sons and I almost did. One thing you can do is write a letter and let this other boy know how you feel. I know how you feel .Another man caused the accident that my son was hurt in. But I know the other guy was not out to hurt anyone that day and he got hurt much worse than my son. His life will never be the same. I want to let his family know that we pray for him as much as we pray for my son. The people who cause an accident that cause injury and death can go on all through their life with great amount of guilt. and it is ashame that have to go through that when they really did not meant to hurt anyone. I know how I would feel if I caused the death of someone. I would be devastated. It would break my heart and if it was friend .Oh my God I cant even imagin how I would go on. .Most accident are caused by not paying attention. . Just one split second can change a life forever or take a life. It is the chance we all take every day as we drive our cars. Stop and think that there are about 50,000 traffic accident deaths each year. Most were preventable. Reducing speed is one way to cut down on accidents and paying attention to your driving .Wearing seat belts really does save lives. If everyone would just slow down and not be in such a hurry and pay attention to what they are doing and stop trying to be first or showing off, It would a lot safer . We have to look out for the other guys who are not paying attention and who are in a hurry. Anyone getting behind the wheel of a car is driving a lethal weapon that is more deadly than a gun. Please drive safe

Father. I come to you with a heavy heart. You know father what we need and I ask you to comfort theses families. Their hearts need your healing power. Help each one to go on in life . Help each one to know that you can lift this brurden from them. Help us all father to learn from this accident and to drive more safe each day. Help us all to forgive those who have the biurden of blamed and guilt put on them, for we know Lord they did not intend to hurt anyone. Helps us all to live more the way you would have us live . My heart goes out to you, one does not know how it feels unless they have gone through it. I was the driver that involved the death of a 12 year old boy on 7/7/77 (God's special numbers). Although I was not at fault I carried the guilt, pain, etc for many years. With the help of God and prayer I learned to forgive myself. That is why I just started the group on Daily Strength AccidentsDriversVictims if you hear of anyone that is interested. I knew the family very well that my accident was involved, I prayed they would have said or wrote something to me telling me they didn't blame me. They never did and I often wondered what they thought of me. Pray to God guide you as to what you should do, perhaps you will see him sometime or someone will tell you where he is. When you do ask the Holy Spirit to give you the words of wisdom to speak. I will pray also for you to give you comfort of grief for your son and to guide you to give comfort for his friend.

Thank You. I worry so much about him cause he was only 18 when this happened an I know that this has to beheavy on him. The judge in the case was crying at the hearing cause I didn't wont to go after him, he told N. that we should stay in touch but after that day I walked out of a court with just my girls( the dau befor I lost my son my house burned down) so I had to go out an start all over. I moved but could be found, I;m just scard that with his age that the toll it will take on him.

im sorry about your loss, i was the drive and had a car full of kids. not thinking i took a turn to fast and ended in a tree. one person did not make it. i think about him every day and his family. i feel ill never be at peace with my self for what happened but the father of the victem has for given me. but i feel how could i end forgive my self i did what should never be done. the father use to call my house the check on our family (make sure my parents were still together and that i was doing ok) i could never face to talk to him. but my dad does. so maybe you could call his parents or him and just see how hes doing. i cant garenty that he will or they will talk to you but you can try.

I belive everyone has diff. times, an I'm so Thankful for for knowing Matthew Allen Sasser FOR AWSOME 15 YEARS, an I just wont him to know that just try to teach others that anything can happen so don't blam self. An we ALL KNOW MATT WOULDN'T LIKE IT IF WE AS SAD ALL THE TIME. I JUST WONT TO KNOW HE'S SAFE.

It should be very easy to find him if you know his name and he has a drivers permit or goes to school or works. do you know any of his friends or where is once lived . his name , his parents name, his last address. his age.

tried he's in his 20s now an i tried to call his family just to let them know i have no bad feelings an worry but no one returned calls
