What are some treatments for ADHD that you have used that hasn't involved medication? What has or hasn't worked for you? Has anyone tried or even heard of using Cogmed?

" Cut sugar and caffeine out of your diet too, as much as you possibly can. Takes a few months to adjust but it helps. Also make sure you are taking iron and eating a good amount of protein. If you have a hard time waking up in the morning eat eggs and take a hot shower. "

" In my experience 30% of effective treatment results from diet, exercise, a self-disciplinary system like yoga or karate, and ADD tricks and rules.

70% of improvement is only possible with either stimulant medication or ADD-care which is a natural supplement that most of the time works just as well, but without the side effects. "
