Don't mean to pull anyone away from DS, which is a great place, but there's no group here specifically for adults with ADD/ADHD. Does anyone know of an online group for adults? I haven't found any online adult groups yet. I know we can start our own groups, but I'm not the kind of dependable person needed to do that. (Of course, probably anyone with ADD could say that -- LOL!)

Thank you so much for the information. I went to the Library and got the Book Driven to Distraction as you suggested. Next I am going to buy it.. Like others I am very surprised by all the symptoms. Explains so much Thanks Again
