I have ADHD and for the most part its getting better I am still having trouble making freinds . Now that I don't have my Fam I find myself alone and am having a hard time just being with myself so days are better than others . I'm in school and dealing with a bad speration it's getting a little better but it was really bad for awhile.
I guess my question is how do I make freinds or get into a group at my school,I'm in colage ,How do I let popel into my world when all I've known is my fam and lost in my own thoughts. I want to beat this if I can , Do you think that I'll be able to get better and win back my wife resecpt ,be the man that she always thought I could be . Posted on 09/22/09, 07:09 pm |

They have really good meds out for ADD nowadays...they help calm the racing thoughts, help you focus and concentrate better, and stabilize moods. I've never taken anything for mine, but I know people who do and the meds do wonders for them.
